What Kind of Feedback Is Useful?

BankCraft is not about declaring one institution universally good or bad. It is about understanding how a financial institution works in real life and whether it fits the job you need it to do. Your experience may reveal something I have not seen.

What Worked for You?

Maybe an institution, account, card, feature, transfer method, or customer service experience worked especially well for your situation. Tell me why.

What Did Not Work?

If you ran into a limit, fee, transfer problem, technology issue, or other surprise, tell me what happened and how the institution responded.

What Should I Look At?

Send a correction, suggest an institution or feature, question something I wrote, or point me toward something you think deserves another look.

Protect yourself: Never submit account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, PINs, security answers, or other private financial information. Remove those details from screenshots and copied messages before sending them.
