Field Reports

The advertisement tells us what the financial institution promised. Your experience tells us what actually happened. Share what worked, what failed, and how the institution responded.

What Makes a Useful Field Report?

You do not have to write a formal review. Give me the facts in your own words. I can organize the material without sanding off your voice.

What You Expected

What account or card did you open, and what rate, reward, feature, or promise attracted you?

What Actually Happened

Tell me what worked, what failed, what limits appeared, and whether the website, app, transfers, or payments behaved properly.

How They Responded

Did support understand the problem? Was it corrected? Did the institution take responsibility, or did it leave you holding the bag?

Protect yourself: Never submit account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, PINs, security answers, or other private financial information. Remove those details from screenshots and copied messages before sending them.

Submit Your Report

Submissions are reviewed before publication. I may edit for length and clarity, verify details, or contact you if you provide an email address. Your email address will not be published.

Do not include account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, PINs, or other private financial information.
Thank you. Your Field Report has been sent to D.B. Nomad for review.
Bank on My Terms provides independent educational information based on real-world experience. Rates, rewards, account terms, limits, and requirements can change. Verify current terms directly with the financial institution before making a decision. This is not individualized financial advice.
